Vacuum Generators

Vacuum Generators are the heart, and sometimes brain, of a vacuum handling system. There are three main methods of generating vacuum that we offer:

1) Using compressed air through a venturi.
2) Using Electrical power on a positive displacement vane pump
3) Using Electrical power on a non-contact blade pump

Each type has its own specific advantage and suitability to particular handling applications, however, high suction rates at high vacuum levels will always mean higher power consumption.

Each type has its own specific advantages, but they have one thing in common: a high suction capacity at a high vacuum always means high power consumption and high operating costs.
